• Approve and monitor major projects, IT budgets, priorities, standards, procedures, and overall IT performance. • Review the adequacy and allocation of IT resources in terms of funding, personnel, equipment, and service levels. • System administration: Installing/maintaining operating systems and virtualization platforms, anti-virus programs, email and Microsoft AD. • Network administration: Technical and administrative control of the LAN. • Security/control administration: Monitoring overall security including physical & logical, reviewing change management processes, etc. • End user support/Help desk: Providing full end-user support. • Provide one-on-one end-user incident & service request resolution over the phone for workstation software. • Delivers, tags, sets up, and assists in the configuration of end-user workstation hardware, software and peripherals. • Diagnoses and resolves end-user network or local printer problems, PC hardware problems, e-mail, Internet, and local-area network access problems. • Helps install local area network cabling systems and equipment such as network interface cards, hubs and switches.

• Develops and maintains a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks and all sites involved in the project.
• Gathers all project information: schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks, and project meetings.
• Works with project team to understand and assist with tracking all work, task and project assignments.
• Monitor and modify project schedule as assigned.
• Prepare and/or edit minutes of meeting, presentations and tables.
• Reviews project proposal and deliverables with Project Management and other related departments that will be involved to determine proper lead time, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
• Maintain good communication with technicians and contractors to assure timely and efficient completion of jobs, proper communication of issues, and proper documentation of the entire process at each job site.
• File all project documents (hard and soft copies).
• Responsible to track project changes and produces updated site based schedule as agreed with engineering and project management.
• Responsible to take input from the business analysts and project engineers to develop and maintain the detailed schedule.

Responsibilities:
 Handling the tasks of designing Data Centers considering the telecommunications infrastructure standard for data centers TIA-942
 Genesys Call Center installation and configuration.
 Handling the task of developing RFPs, proposals and generating BOQs.
 Basic Knowledge on the following systems: Fire alarm system, Distributed antenna system (In Building System), Closed Circuit Television, IP Television, Terrestrial Trunked Radio, Building Management System, Master Clock System, IP Telephony, Parking Management System, And all other low current systems.
 Monitoring the installation of networks and associated components.
 Providing supporting documentation and other necessary information to the management such as Network Implementation Plan documents, Network Ready for usage documents, and Migration Plan documents.
