Assisting passengers with mishandled baggage
* Responding to passenger concerns both in person and on phone
* Assisting in filling out of forms according to the nature of the incident
* Utilizing computer software to track and catalogue luggage

Receiving invoices from the ordering team of the concerned Business Unit
/Supplier for all the consignments under Group’s name.
* Segregating and preparing sets of the same ensuring original for Customs and
copies for Finance and C&F unit’s record.
* Verifying the calculation and records of all the invoices as detailed in the
system.
* Coordinates with the shipping agent for consignment arrival date.
* Ensures completion of all documentation before actual arrival so clearing staff
can initiate the process of clearance immediately upon arrival.
* Coordinates with the clearing staff & Sales Depts. for inspecting the
consignment arrived at port.
* Follows up with the clearing staff to obtain the copy of Bill of Entry (B/E) and
original Delivery Note (D/N) for all the items released from the port and
verifies the remarks on the delivery notes as reported during the inspection.
* Coordinates with the Clearing Officer for return of original D/N to Customs.
