 Carry out the maintenance for firefighting, fire alarm, emergency light, exit light, clean agent systems and fire pumps.
 Estimation of Projects.
 Supervising and directing the daily activities including preventive and corrective maintenance events.
 Accomplish the daily work with minimum response time by leading a team of multi-skilled and multi-cultural people.
 Planning work schedule and managing within budget and tight deadline.
 Coordinate with suppliers and purchasing departments for the materials.
 Inspecting the sites to ensure the work area comply with safety standards and the system working normally.
 Approves As-Built drawings and ensuring that drawings were produced in a way that is useful for commissioning, maintenance and handing over to the client.
 Ensures all the works will comply with the UAE rules and regulations and as per NFPA standards.
 Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
 Facilitate and control site and main office interaction, queries, and/or requirements.
