My role in MNZ technologies is to provide solutions for client’s business problems and make sure the solution provides an effective and measurable ROI and workflow optimization.
To achieve customer satisfaction and handling the project on time my role included the following cycle:
Requirements elicitation & engineering.
Provide a solution prototype and ROI.
Select the right technology for the team.
Determine the solution working hours to complete the project.
Gain the customer acceptance and due date.
Setting up the project on software project management tools.
Preparing the development sprints.
Daily sprint meetings.
