Projects Budget Management For ECG contracts with the client including; using Microsoft office tool, the company`s Oracle Database, Deltek, Database and my own experience as an area manager in the same company and analytical skills to study resources scheduling; Coordination with planning, business development and financial departments to issue project`s Baseline budgets, monitoring the budget and project`s performance and deviations from the first budget, applying Budget modifications if needed; and discussing corrective actions with projects directors and area managers, also his responsibilities involved some design phase modifications and projects proposals preparation

• some responsibilities on site as junior civil engineer including the water network and waste water drainage system on site and the area directly surrounding the site,

• Meeting with the Engineering groups and all official visitors that visits the Museum site and do multi¬lingual Technical presentations.
• Have Been choosen as a member of the committee that was established to hand over the GEMCC to it`s owners (Egyptian Ministry of Culture).
• This project is one of the largest museums in the world and largest Egyptian Artifacts Museum in the world with the largest artifacts conservation center in the world and is being built to British standards and specifications, using FIDIC contract with a total area of 117 Feddans.
