Work as a production engineer of production lines of wet wipes, cleaning solutions, creams, makeups, and female cosmetics.
Responsible for 10 production lines and the whole production process including week and daily production plans, raw materials, manufacturing, and packaging.
Work as a designer of machine tool elements and modify designs to be suitable for new conditions.
Use Computer Aided Design and Computer Aided Manufacture Software such as solid edge, solid works, AutoCAD, Edge CAM to draw different parts and convert the drawing to codes in order to manufacture the part on CNC machines.
Select the suitable machining process and apply proper setup to start machining (selection of suitable tools, work piece position, zero point, depth of cut…etc) and select the other suitable machining conditions that should be used for the product.
Work as a designer of dies of injection molding of different products includes all components of design.
