Main responsibilities: Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements. Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates. Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests. Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements. Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems. Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions. Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts. Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions. Projects: Smouha Towers, Smouha, Alexandria, Egypt. Main responsibilities:
Coordinating the whole project starting from the consultant, the owner and the contractor.
Provide a planning and monitoring function for the engineering activities performed within the projects
Responsible for preparation, progressing, reporting of detailed schedules, S curve for the assigned projects.
Definition of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Organization Breakdown Structure (OBS) for the assigned projects and development of progress policy and procedures.
Report planned and actual progress status, analysis and advice corrective action to be taken.
Prepare weekly and Monthly reports for the Management, and for the clients.
Controlling and monitoring of the activities performed by engineering subcontractors, checking the activities progressing and assisting the Project Manager in the approval of the work done.
