Key Roles and Responsibilities
Technical office skills and supervision for sites
• All entire mechanical construction activity .
• Provide complete back office and direct technical support to the site engineers for all the site.
• Review and approve shopdrawing & materials submitting .
• Coordinate to Approve drawing from municipality and ministry.
• Review variation orders & Contract Invoices &Revised BOQ.
• Conduct on site material inspection on arrival for compliance to approved
• Coordinate & conduct inspection, implement corrective action if required & forward RFI all for audits.
• Inspected and ensured workers followed safety guidelines on sites
• Report daily a description of daily/weekly/monthly work progress as per client requirements.
• Coordinating with contractors on site and providing instructions
• Checking with planners and cost control the progress of the project.
• Coordinate between contractor & designer and ministry for solve the technical issue

1.5. Irrigation design network
1.6. Lift station design and hydraluic calculation for pumps
1.7. Water pump station hydraluic calculation for pumps
1.8. Irrigation pump station
1.9. Sewage tratment plant.

• Coordination between main office & sites for requiremnts.
• Coordinate between sites & and ministry for technical issue &requiremnt.
• Prepare shopdrawing for sites and get approval form consultant and ministry.
• Approve drawing from muncabality and authority
• Prepare prices from suppliers for materials .

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Technical office skills and supervision for sites
Prepare shop drawing and get approval from consultant and impentation
&coodinate with surveor and Equipment for start working for excavation and laying the pipes and testing & backfilling. (inside building and connect it to geneal site) for the below works :-
1- Sewage Network
(Prepare shopdrawing, calculate the pipe diameter, manhole size, inspection chamber size, )
2- Strom Network
(Prepare shopdrawing, calculate hydraluic calculation for the pipe size and raining water qty)
3- Water Network
(Prepare shopdrawing, calculate hydraluic calculation for the pressuized piped and test partially then make finalyze test)
4- Fire Fighting Networks
(Prepare shopdrawing, calculate hydraluic calculation for the pressuized piped and test partially then make finalyze test for ductile, PVC pipes)
5- Prepare submittal &approval for materials and submitt to consultant.
6- Prepare IPCs& QTY &submit to consultant.
7- Review subcontractor Invoices.
8- Implement STP 530 m3 /day, 1000m3/day, RO 730 m3/day.
9- Depth Study of drawings, specifications and provide technical clearance to subordinates such as site engineers / site foremen.
10- Witnesses testing and commissioning and performance of various plant and systems. Issue 'Handing Over' certificate for completed works.
11- Preparing 'As Built' drawings and 'Operation and Maintenance Manuals.
12- Follow up with consultant for material / subcontractor's submittal and approval on time in coordination with main contractors/consultants/clients.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
1- Prepare shop drawing and get approval from consultant
&coodinate with surveor and Equipment for start working for excavation and laying the pipes and testing & backfilling. (inside bulding and connect it to geneal site) for the below works(Sewage network+storm+fire fighting +irrigation network +water pump station)
2- Contact the forgin supplier to prepare quotations.
3- Coordniate between the forign company and the owner (government )for the supplier materials and training course
4- Prepare the bedding quotations contact the forign company get prices &compare and complete the process for purchasing. .
5- Implement fire fightingplumbing works in Zoluf-Safania Area (Saudi Aramco)
6- Implement seawage treatment plant .
7- Repair and maintenannce Lifeboat and connect with devices of firefighting .
8- Repair and mainetance GSE.(Ground Support Equipment) For jeddah airport, Riaydh, Aramco.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
•Implemnet mechanical works in Hanger Airport.
•Implement the mechanical work in Airport (plumbing & Water Network)
•Repair and maintenance hydraluic equipment such as (valves, shock absorber, …etc)
•Inspection for disc brakes, jacks, ….etc
