- Conduct pre-occupancy and post occupancy inspections of units for proper turnover to tenants

their units to assist in solving their concerns
- Arrange the schedule of technicians to ensure that all concerns of tenants are addressed in a timely manner
- Prepare work orders and do necessary follow up until its completion
- Prepare reports such as monthly summary of work orders and other related documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding service and warranty issues
- Supervise a group of maintenance and property personnel on concerns related to daily workload, attendance and other matters
- Prepare a daily attendance report for all staff
- Collate all attendance reports to prepare a monthly report for payroll purposes
- Prepare annual staff evaluation report
- Conduct interviews for the recruitment of new staff to fill in existing vacancies
- Conduct presentations for international schools in Egypt to introduce educational materials such as the
portable DOOM for kids and teenagers
- Supervise the shows and activities for the participants and also act as logistics coordinator for the events
- Preparation of theatrical decoration (Men Yakool Abooh) on the set of El Ghad
- Preparation of props for the play, Hkaya Iam Tarweha Shahrazad, on the Festival of the National Theater
- Preparation of the scenography for the p lay, Mathawlash, which was conducted on the Town House Theater
