Developing the monthly progress payment as a contractor, including validation of the site progress percentage complete, quantity surveying for the progress payment, and the approval procedures.
Reviewing the sub-contractors, vendors, suppliers monthly progress payment
Monitoring and controlling the on-site materials and installation progress including concrete pouring, inventory status and supplier’s procurement performance.
