Under my capacity as Expeditor, I was responsible to maintain and develop the monitoring and control process over Contractor(s) supply chain in accordance with the Contract Agreement starting by the Material Tracking system (MTS) development and follow up process in support to Post-award Contract administration, this includes
• Monitor contractor’s deliverables according to contract delivery dates.
• Review Monthly MTS provided by contractors and ensure that milestone is supporting the Project overall schedule.
• Maintain performance metrics by ensuring vendor on time delivery and inventory accuracy.
• Release monthly Expediting report including PGESCo concern regarding contractor's received MTS and the way forward to solve contractor's critical delays.
• Prepare delay notices and other notices as required.
• Supporting the invoicing review and processing.
