a showroom in-charge for an American brand for mattresses ( Restonic) which is sponsored by Dicotech com, I was handling the customers, prepare all showroom reports, making Invoices, updating the showroom stock regularly, training new joined staff also working as a customer service by phone and as a customer care by guiding them through all the market products related to the furniture business, follow up with dispatch team and confirm that delivery is done and customer is pleased and also contact the customers to inform about new products and offers.
