Lead the team to Design / update the policies of the facilities and services, and ensuring that they are implemented in all the factories.
Monitoring the services such as preventive maintenance, lighting, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, mechanical, security and fire safety systems and space allocations and follow up with all teams the action needed to improve & develop.
Manage business plans and forecasting budgets, as required. Ensure all budgets and costs for contracts accurately reflect contractual obligations, offer value for money for clients and provide optimum revenue.
Created (facilities management system & fleet control program).
Lead the compliance team and succeeded in obtaining the ISO certificate No. ISO 37301 for compliance management system.
Manage and supervise construction of all new facilities with projects department to ensuring the best implementation from contractors as per the signed contracts and designs.
Ensure risk is identified and mitigated in a timely sustainable manner.
Act as the primary point of contact for all operations building strong professional relationships across the organization focused on Safety & Industrial hygiene best practices.
Manage and supervise all Manufacturing, Non-Manufacturing for facilities & Safety & operational matters that impact successful implementation of relevant Elsewedy requirements.
Work collaboratively with Production, Maintenance, Engineering etc., to ensure effective and sustainable implementation of local regulatory & Performance Standards programs.
Lead the facilities team daily to coordinate and implement agreed programs.
Manage the Contracting with services companies in accordance with our own policies and follow up with all companies to continuously ensuring the quality of the service provided.
Manage a periodic audit in all factories and follow up with all teams the action needed to improve to ensuring that:
All Facilities are operating at high efficiency & workshops are organized and comply with health and safety standards.
All equipment & forklifts working efficiently and comply with health and safety standards.
All buses and drivers comply with the requirements of the employee’s transportation policy.
Ensuring that a 5S system is Implemented in all companies in production shop floor, warehouses, buildings and maintenance workshops.
Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.
Ensure that the facilities is fully operational with all production lines and utilities functioning properly.
Manage and receive reports from the facilities team and making written recommendations and send it to the facilities team to improve.
Fully utilize available business and technical resources where applicable.
