Description
Specialized in supporting the storage side of the environment along with basic Host and connectivity checking
Main skills are centralized around EMC VNX storage device
Responsibilities:
1. Applies general systems level technical expertise to standard systems level customer issues
2. Provide problem determination and resolution for customer issues
3. Develop and implement resolutions to identified problems, and follows standard practices and procedures
4. Identifies records and proactively recommends revisions to current procedures improving customer satisfaction
5. Applies technical expertise using standard operating and diagnostic protocols to quickly resolve standard to complex system level issues
6. Monitors and tracks all service calls, provides call status updates at regular intervals and communicates status to customers using Call Tracking Databases.

Title: EMC Academic Alliance Coordinator
Description:
Empowering the Academic Alliance and University relations as marketing tool for EMC in the EMEA region and help maintain a solid image for EMC profile in the technology development race.
Responsibilities:
1.Setting up meetings for the Alliance engineers and planning for the events
2. Handling all the tools you need to establish this: containing the deals with the designers, the organizers, the catering, the florists, the transportation, the security access to the visitors and finally summarizing what agenda will be conducted. 3. Preparing the establishment of the Hands-on for the various courses.
4.Following up on the 92 faculties ( including knowing the number of students studying which courses in each country, Labs established, conferences need participation, technical sessions need organizing and graduation projects need supporting) 5. Documenting everything and building Use Cases to be followed later.
6. Presenting the EMC Academic Alliance to new faculties
Graduated in 2013 Electrical engineering – Computer and Systems department Ain-Shams University ( Team leader of my graduation project which was building a Cloud based virtualized data center –this project was sponsored by EMC2)
