Study and preparation of bids for various tenders (KOC, KNPC, MEW, JO)
Send Request for Quotation (RFQ).
Prepare the Comparison sheets and evaluation the offers.
Prepare the Estimation sheets including the materials cost, manpower, installation, etc.
In Projects:
Job Duty:
Prepare all the technical submittals & design drawings as per Client standard for fire alarm & suppression system and follow up with Joint Operation till get Approval.
Prepare all the enquiries, comparisons, issue the purchase orders and follow up materials delivery as per orders conditions till reach to site.
Prepare the entire gate pass as per the Client Security policies.
Prepare the Invoices and follow up with the Clients till Approval.
Assistance the Project Manager for all works.
Prepare as Built documents and drawings as per Client standard.
Prepare the Request for Inspection and follow up till approval.
Prepare all the technical submittals & design drawings as per Client standard for field instruments & Chlorination system, cables, junction box, etc and follow up with MEW till get Approval.
Prepare the cable schedule and junction box schedule in field and control building.
Prepare all the enquiries, comparisons, issue the purchase orders or sub contract agreement and follow up the materials delivery as per orders conditions till reach to site.
Assistance the Site Engineer for all works.
Prepare As built drawings & documents as per Client standard.
1- Prepare the schedules.
2- Prepare all the drawings and the documents.
3- Follow up with the client till get approval.
4- Asst. the Project Manager.
5- Prepare the Programme of work (Premiavera 6).
6- Prepare the cash flow and all the graph.
