Managing the whole manufacturing processes at the whole company factories whole over the kingdom
Submitting the Master manufacturing plan for the factories to maintain stable lead time delivery to retailers
Submitting the manufacturing KPIs and OKRs for whole factories
Control and monitor inventory control levels of finished and semi finished product and raw materials stock levels
Reviewing with the finance the high majority cost for the manufacturing processes to eliminate any cost increase
Submitting the manufacturing budget for one year and quarterly basis
Determine the bottlenecks and seven wastes for production to utilize resources
Submitting the preventive and Predictive maintenance plans to maximize factories efficiency
Gathering all the data required and analyzing them to make statical reports to make accurate decisions for the top management committee
-Managing and directing the whole company departments activities reporting directly to CEO
-Optimizing the Factory operations from raw material to the Inventory effectively
-Setting up goals and targets plans for the production, maintenance and Quality control to achieve monthly KPIs
-Ensuring applying Safety precautions and instructions to maintain safe working environment acc. To ISO 45001
-Ensuring smooth and reducing waste in the supply chain from Work order initiation to the product delivery to customer maintaining safety stocks and stable procurement plans
-Re-creating the Business strategy for the company and making effective Marketing plans
-Following up and controlling the new projects achievements with milestones acc. To Projects planning
-Training the whole employees on the benefits of applying lean manufacturing on work place to maximize productivity and minimizing waste
-Re-mapping the Factory layout for effective material and process flow
-Controlling the cost through cost breakdown sheets for the different produced goods
Works as a Deputy Plant manager in the Glucose Manufacturing Factory
-Taking the total responsibilities of the Plant manager at the shift; managing Production, Maintenance, Quality control, warehouse and Packing Area
-Responsible for utilizing the direct and indirect raw material and material in process consumption needed for the production processes
- Schedule daily, weekly, monthly production activities based on orders and stock provision to ensure availability of minimal stocks.
- Coordinating with the plant manager in setting the plant’s objectives and KPIs.
-Responsible for the supervision of DCS operating system insuring proper processing of the factory and reducing downtime for the Production units to the minimum level
-Setting up strategies for continuous improvement for the manufacturing processes
-Following up all the Factory Mechanical components including: Centrifugal pumps, Vacuum pumps, Gear pumps control valves, insuring that they're working with the optimum conditions
-Responsible for Planning and achieving the daily production and packing plan, solving unexpected deviation from the target
-Implementing the HACCP strategy and GMP according to ISO 22000 strategy
-Making daily, weekly and monthly reports to the Plant manager and Operations manager
Works as Senior Production engineer at the bubble gum & Hard Candy sections at the factory on 8 divisions:
Gum products ( Ball gum, Stick gum, Honey gum ), hard candy products (lolipop, bonbon, toffee )
Juice (Instant powder)
Have a related packing machines experiences in : “Eurosicma” packing m/cs, “Simionato” plastic film packing, ”Ishida” plastic film packing m/c, “Wright” packing m/c and “set pack” m/c
Objective:
- Responsible for the production at the mentioned divisions with full planned capacity
- Working on Production department KPIs to ensure maximum utilization of the facility : Productivity. Man/hr, QDI (Quality Demerit Index), OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency), waste percentage
- Coordinates, and directs quality control program at the Production processes, designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards.
- Preparing the raw material consumption report, comparing to the production schedule and handling shift issue with the Planning dept. for any change over processes
- Following up the preventive and corrective maintenance on production lines, working on action plans needed to maximize the lines efficiency
- Following up divisions progress in GMP audits score and utilizing divisions to sustain stability with target 90%
- Gathering number OPLs per month at each division for continuous improvement of machines and halls
- Ensuring Implementing of 5S+1 at each division, following up weekly progress by 5S Internal audits by Production supervisors
- Implementing the HACCP strategy to ensure the optimum and food safety policy required
- Training Engineers, supervisors, technicians and labors on Lean manufacturing concepts and helping them implementing it on their working area ( takt time, Autonomous Maintenance, 7 waste, Kanban system)
- Monitoring and controlling production losses ( Breakdown loss, change over loss, start up/shut down loss, minor stoppages loss)
- Reporting daily, weekly and monthly reports to the Production manager and Plant manager
- Presenting weekly Production schedule in weekly committees and monthly committees
- Arranging weekly production schedule with planning and supply chain departments
Works as “Production engineer” for two divisions at the factory
a-The corrugator lines : Heisu hsu (220 cm width) and BHS-Fosber (250 cm width)
Air planet : Screw compressors : 5 Kaeser, 1Atlas Copco, 3 Dryer Atlas Copco
Generator : Caterpillar, Gas Boiler and Steam system (Bormann)
Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems
b- Printing division :Flexo Printers for Corrugated Boxes
2 TCY folder gluer, 3 Ward Flexo stacker, Flat Bed Die Cutter, SBL stacker, LIAN TEE folder gluer
Stitching machines : Manual (God-swill) and Automatic (Sodem)
Stretch Wrapper
Objective :
-Managing the daily production schedule with the planning division
-Working out on the KPIs for the manufacturing processes to obtain the ideal performance for the lines and the printers
-maximizing the production capacity of the factory from 1500 tons to 2700 tons
-Ensuring the quality of the corrugated boards and the final products till it reaches the final product stock
-Managing the two divisions including the machinery, the labors and the technicians
- Evaluates process and materials feasibility studies, writes periodic reports on the condition of equipments and machines, Follow up with maintenance team for periodic plans to rise up total efficiency of utilities.
-Following up the production rate for the shift and making alternative solutions for any machinery or products troubleshoots
Works as a Production and maintenance engineer for converting division on the following :
Toilet and Kitchen Rolls Lines : 3 Perini unwinding and gluing, Casmatic plastic film packing, Cassoli plastic packing
Pocket Lines : 10 Production lines
Objective :
-Responsible for managing 13 production lines (120 labors and technicians, insuring ideal performance for these lines
- insuring the production rate per shift and the quality of the products according the company’s specifications
- following up machinery maintenance during operation (mechanical, electrical)and minimizing the down time
- Responsible for all preventive maintenance to all machinery
- Responsible for labors’ performance, organizing tasks on the production lines
- preparing shift reports for machinery performance and production capacity and reporting them to the production manager
