* Entry and posting of journal entries, invoices and credit/debit notes.
* Reconcile, adjust and maintain Balance Sheet accounts such as Expenses, Petty Cash Bank accounts, Accounts receivable, Payroll related payables and all income accounts.
* Performs accounts payable function such as verifying and entering invoices into the system, issuing cheque / transfers and ensuring expenditures are charged to appropriate projects / accounts and processing payments to suppliers/vendors.
* Performs accounts receivable function such as verifying and entering invoices into the system, ensuring revenues are credited to appropriate projects / accounts and accounting for collections.
* Assist company auditors including preparation of schedules, providing explanations and supporting documents and any other assistance to perform audit satisfactorily.
* Filing all the records and documents pertaining to Accounting and finance functions properly and in a timely manner.
* Checking & Processing Projects Petty cash.
* Prepare our monthly payments with client.
* Prepare and release Subcontractors payments.
* Checking Supplier invoices and passing it.
* Passing provisions entry for (Air tkt & Leave salary & Indemnity).
* Prepare Suppliers reconciliation.
* Prepare and release daily labors Wages.
* Update fixed assets list and passing depreciation.
* Cost report for all project
* Actual & Forecast Cash flow
* Cash Management
* P&L Profit & Loss
* Working on Sap
* Assist Finance Manager on any other areas under his responsibility
* Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling accounts payable and receivable
* Prepare prepaid expense
* Bank reconciliations & prepare cash position
* Intercompany reconciliations with clearing all pending and make it tally
