Manage utilities and facilities maintenance to ensure productivity
and operational efficiency and safely
➢ Project management for capital investment in the utility area.
➢ Developing of URS, equipment, and component specification,
engineering design, FAT and SAT planning, initial start-up,
commissioning, and qualification of utility systems
➢ Deliver Energy saving programs/projects.
➢ Developing maintenance plans and schedules (preventive &
Corrective) for utility equipment to ensure the best utilization in
the factory.
➢ Setting departmental objectives, managing KPIs dashboards, and
analyzing periodically reports.
➢ Ensuring that Global Guidance is integrated into LOC's documents.
➢ Provide commissioning and leadership support for newly installed
equipment ensuring satisfactory performance ahead of taking over
by the Operations Team.
➢ Create, develop and continuously improve departmental Sops for
all processes
Role:
➢ Participate with the planning department in establishing
maintenance plans for utility devices and applying monthly,
quarter, semi-annual and annual maintenance
➢ Provide day-to-day technical support and oversight to utility
operations team ensuring GMP parameters are maintained within
control
➢ Ensure utility equipment is maintained in a qualified and reliable
state in line with the quality standards
➢ Develop & deliver training programs, as required, to the operations
team
➢ Assisting in problem-solving and continuous improvement
initiatives requiring
➢ Utilities support for capital projects including new product
introductions, facility recapitalization, and expansions
➢ Respecting EHS standards and policies and making sure that EHS
standards and policies are applied also creating departmental risk
assessment for each utility system.
