Carry out maintenance (preventive, planning, subassembly rebuilding) in accordance with AL procedures in order to ensure equipment availability for production and minimize the interruption of equipment running ability.
- Prepare & follow required preventive maintenance plan for plant equipment through company CMMS (maximo).
- Upgrade company CMMS database including Job plans creation, PM plans, assets locations SR management.& WO follow up.
- Support in preparing spare parts lists & workshop required tools.
- Support in plant operation through following up the Production process, KPIs. (Key Performance Indicators) and plant parameters in case of any assigned shifts.

 maximo - oracle integration project - Lead tester & hub technical support engineer:
 Integration between procurement system (oracle) & company CMMS system (maximo) in order to control and analyze maintenance costs, spare parts management, maintenance reporting, procurement cycle enhancement.
 Project period - 1 year.
 ALX site backup upgrade project - project planner/mechanical engineer:
 Upgrade the plant backup Oxygen capacity by 35%, including material selection, upgrade, sub contractor supervision & commissioning.
 Project period -8 months.

Currently working as operation & maintenance engineer in air separation unit, with a discharge capacity of 112000Nm3/hr in producing Oxygen, Nitrogen & Argon.
Responsibility: Preventive maintenance, vibration trending, shut down maintenance, installation & alignment of plant equipment, maintain production during the shift.
