Job Purpose:
Lead/contribute to transversal/Global activities aiming at increasing OBS competitiveness and revenue growth. Support and develop the existing and future business opportunities through the strong connection with Sales and Presales teams; fully understand the business opportunities through the identified Planning & Governance Processes

Scope:
International/Global (Single Point of Contact)

Financial Impact
Costing & Pricing of some OBS Products and Network Services.
Provide OBS Pricing within final offers provided to the customers.
Provide Cost optimization for highly competitive or Complex WAN bid environments.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

•Pricing Manager is in charge of leading the Price and Cost Model for some products within the Business Unit.
•He or she collects operational and infrastructure cost information from the relevant divisions within Orange Business Services and builds the corresponding cost model, in collaboration with Finance and other stakeholders, leading to an accurate understanding of our costs and margins, thus allowing Orange Business Services to optimize its price levels and win more (and more profitable) business.
•He or she defines the pricing policy for the product(s) he is responsible for, with due consideration of our cost model.
•He or she specifies the price and cost model implementation in Orange's corporate Pricing Tools; which includes the pricing strategy design, business rule specification phase, acceptance tests and lifecycle management of the price and cost model.
•He or she is in charge of the collection of benchmark data, the analysis of this benchmark data and comparison with our pricing policy, which should thus be validated
•Perform analysis of customer technical requirements and translates these into a request for back-office evaluators.
•Ensure capacity validation with the back-office evaluators
•Address financial impact of possible investment.
•Propose process improvements to further enhance and/or automate process steps.
•Address transversal activities for Connectivity BU
