 The Construction Lead in (PMO) is responsible for interfacing/monitoring all the BA Program Managers, the Program Management Consultant (PMC), consultants/ contractors to monitor the overall management of Construction activities and outputs, reporting in a timely and accurate manner.
 Leading the Follow Up Team for the FIFA related projects under BPD to ensure the completion and readiness of the projects on due time as per FIFA 2022 requirements.
 Pre-Construction Manager for the Museums and Culture portfolio.
 Ensure the needs of relevant Stakeholders are fulfilled during both Design and Construction, and that those needs are achieved in line with the Program schedule and budget.
 Assist the BA PMO Lead in setting strategy-driven targets and objectives for the department. Establish SMART goals and KPIs for PMs, consultants and contractors and monitor the same.
 Advise and direct the project teams on Contractual and Technical matters
 Lead and manage Stakeholder’s relationships for the project(s) through periodic update and feedback meetings, bringing in the Mangers and Director at appropriate times.
 be in close coordination with the Development and Design Section to ensure a smooth transition from design to construction stage, providing Constructability and Value Engineering reviews during the design process as well as technical reviews (as required) during the construction Tender stage using Revit /BIM Techniques.

 Responsible for Development and Administration of Technology Transfer Program focuses on how to develop and utilize Project Execution Plans: Development of Template that aids engineers in the organization of project resources and in the execution of key milestones and effective application of PEPs through regular Site Audits.
 Represent the Head of Programme in supporting key stakeholders to continuously and sustainably identify and improve operational processes relevant to program/project implementation and assurance.
 Ensure Construction quality is compliant with applicable standards, specifications, and regulations.
 Review the Health and Safety Plans developed by PMCs, Contractors and Construction Consultants, making recommendations where appropriate.
 Attend Gateway meetings/ other Governance Forums and provide adequate Construction representation and recommendations.
 Ensure thorough involvement in project closeout & handover by reviewing testing and commissioning plans, handover records, asset log, Operations and Maintenance (O&M) files, and Health and Safety (H&S) files; making the necessary recommendations and coordinating closely with the PMC to rectify identified issue(s), if any.
 Keep the PMO Program Lead & BA Director informed of significant Construction issues that may jeopardize the achievement of Ashghal goals.
 Provide Construction insights/ guidance on technical specifications during the procurement process.
