Performed the following duties:
- Setting up new computer systems, peripheral devices, and perform routine maintenance.
- Maintaining computer equipment and software to ensure secure and efficient operations.
- Installing hardware, software, windows, applications, antivirus and patches.
- Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging, etc.)
- Configuring computer networks, access points, routers, and switches.
- Setting up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (printers, routers, etc.)
- Providing technical support on-site or via phone.
- Assisting personnel with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of system hardware and software.
- Assisting in imaging, setup and deployment of PCs.

- Providing assistance and support on computer equipment operations, printer configurations, and other technical issues.
