• Responsible for coordinating with production department and supervising maintenance activities performed on facilities and well site
• Attend operations meeting to coordinate, well manage, controls downtime and prioritize activities with production team
• Preparing permet to work PTW by participation in risk assessments meeting and isolation certificate
• Presenting site safety briefings and toolbox talks to comply with procedures and HSE regulations
• Report on daily operation status, constraints, and issues to advise production team on decision making
• Establishe and Update preventive maintenance programs and procedures for well surface equipment, such as PSV/PRV, valves and piping as required.
• Anticipate, plan, and request the logistical supports necessary for maintenance operations .
• Order spare parts according to the requirements of maintenance operations .
• Leading the Maintenance team & control the safety of the operations

• Pressure Testing and Certification all Piping & Flowline equipment to API standards
• Maintenance & Pressure Testing of XMAS TREE (Wellhead)
• Maintenance all type of valves, such as Ball valves, Gate valve, , Pulg Valves
• Tracke in data base by age, type of service and certification date .
• Indentify spare parts needs and shortages .
• Visual inspection check & wall thickness of piping ( UT Inspection )
• Record the condition of equipment returned to the workshop and communicate daily work equipment movement to scheduler
• Co-ordination with other teams for rig up operations.
• Prepare the permit to work document (risk Assessment, isolation certificates, MSDS )
• Conduct Toolbox talk meeting.
• Leading the Maintenance team & control the safety of the operations

Support the supervisor in manintenace & pressure test operation

Clean the returned equipement

Greasing choke manifods, plug valves and gate valves

Install pressure test plugs or falnges

Assist in shipping and receiving of all material

Safely run overhead cranes and mobile equipment

Arrange equipment in workshop

Ensure good workshop housekeeping

Operate refrigeration equipment, controls, chilled water systems and boiler .

Start up HVACsystem .

Improve HVAC system performance by changing filters, cleaning ducts, or refilling refrigerants.

Installe, connecting, or adjusting thermostats, humidistats, or timers.

Troubleshoot HVAC system issues & repairing or replacing defective equipment.
