• Prepare annual budget of the department and ensure wise usage of it.
• Manage and control contract resources in order to facilitate the engineering maintenance plans. (eg. Outsourcing companies, cranes, scaffolding & hire equipment).
• Determining shutdown requirements (Schedule, control sheet, Spares, manpower, estimated man hour, material & special equipments).
• Direct and manage projects development from beginning to end.
• Determine and assess need for additional staff and consultant for all projects.

• Responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of all production line machines.
• Planning, scheduling and coordinating corrective, preventive & predictive maintenance activities for all production line and utilities equipment (Boilers, Compressors, … etc).
• Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly maintenance reports.
• Responsible for following up purchasing & manufacturing spare parts.
• Monitoring consumables & spare parts stock.
