• Receive purchasing orders requests from sales departments
• Choose the suitable incoterm for the purchasing order in order to minimize the cost of shipment as much as I can
• Choosing with the concerning department (financials department) the Setubal way of payment (TT, CAD, L/C)
• Create the purchasing order and send it to the supplier
• If we choose EX-work, FCA, FAS or FOB as an incoterm I start to get freight quotations from freight forwarders and shipping lines.
• Choose the best freight quotation according to the price, transit time and free time at Egyptian port
• Handling the marine insurance with the insurance company according to incoterm
• If the way of payment is L/C I check it and dealing with the amendments if the supplier need
• Check the shipping documents (invoice, B/L, packing list, weight list, certificate of origin and inspection sheet if need
• Track the shipment and the original shipping documents with the shipping line and supplier
• After receiving the shipping documents we send them to custom clearness department and check with them till the goods enter our stock zone or free zone
• If the goods enter free zone we start work on supply invoice to extract form 4 from bank to reals goods once the concerning department request
• I also work on Oracle
• All the above mentioned process updating on our system is done by us
• I also responsible on check the other team members work
