1. Monitoring infrastructure & services.
a. Conducting real-time monitoring of IT assets using tools and information dashboards
b. Monitoring system traffic and rates of data flow.
c. Monitoring infrastructure & network assets.
d. Monitoring ATM service.
e. Report for ATMs problems.
f. Report for ATM service periodic performance.
g. Coordinate with Support vendors to fix & operate the ATM.
2. Coordinate with ATM vendors & service providers to operate the bank ATMs.
3. Coordinate with ITSM vendor & partners.
a. Maintaining audit logs for servers.
b. Providing Tier 1 technical support for monitoring management services.
c. Managing system resources.
d. Planning for required system capacity & upgrades.
e. Establish, operate, manage, & maintain enterprise monitoring tools and applications.
f. Maintaining and providing system operational support for enterprise infrastructure health monitoring tools, enterprise server and application tools, aggregated monitoring environments.
4. Admin ITSM application tasks:
a. Configuring and optimizing network monitoring tools and applications to integrate data feeds to provide situational awareness to stakeholders and facilitate real-time alerts and effective response.
b. Identifying thresholds and establishing meaningful alerts
c. Developing event views, ad-hoc or scheduled reports, dashboards and scripts to provide effective event resolution and situational awareness.
d. Adjusting situational awareness view configurations to incorporate new data feeds.
e. Implementing, managing, and adjusting configuration settings as approved by Configuration Change Control Boards.
f. Creating trend-analysis reports.
g. Handling the IT processes based on the ITIL standards.
