“Netforce Administrator (3rd license Project IT System)”.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain the Netforce server, system and database.
2. Collect the Netforce user’s requirements
3. Discuss with the users (EOT Department) and the developers (R&D) about the requirement to make it clear.
4. Send these requirements to the Developers team to implement it.
5. Discuss with the developers about these requirements to clarify what we need.
6. Receive requirement samples and confirm it with the users.
7. Releasing the requirements updates with the Netforce system.
8. Update the system at least 2 times per month.
9. Create System FAQ documents.
10. Training Netforce new users.
11. Create all system documents.
12. Create and issue Netforce report scripts.
13. Create daily reports (“Daily trouble ticket analysis data” and “Netforce Daily analysis” and more (6 report per day)) to the Netforce users (EOT Department).
14. Support Netforce users if they have any Questions or problems.
15. Create Netforce Accounts and arrange these accounts with the Netforce Org. and Groups.
16. Help Netforce users in the Critical issues like updating 500 of Table Rows data on the system.
17. Responsible for all Netforce problems and issues.
