• Applies company testing procedures to ensure that quality of packing materials, and final products meet established QC standards
• Supervises employees during the whole process of manufacturing of product to ensure quality and productivity (Controlling the Loss Rate).
• Checks process control parameters to ensure adherence to company standards (HMA Ratio, Temperature Control, Sap and Pulp amount check, HMI Setting, Emboss Temperature and it’s Clearance)
• Assists in the process of upgrading QC system to facilitate actions and activities.
• Initiates Non-Conformance Report (NCR-Material rejection notices) as required.
• To share in ISO documents, and preparing for both internal and external Audit.
