Job Description :
Ensure all reservations and Requests are correctly entered correspondingly with the reservation with
strong filing system, using EDP/PC system (Fidelio)
Deal with contracts, rates and periods.
Check the no show record as well as pending reservation
Check the VIP arrival, special requests and check traces to action
Check the system on reservations for next two weeks and inform the sales team to fulfill sales leads accordingly
Managing e-mail and online reservations.
Work with Italian and English tour operator.
Handle the incoming calls and emails at outlook (reply - send) - customer services by phone or email.
Handle and manage the reservation office duties and replacement with the reservation manager reporting to the
Rooms division
