Europcar Egypt Senior Accountant (Accounts Receivable)
Job description:
• Accountant on QuickBooks System.
• Participate in company setup and chart of accounts creation on Quickbooks system.
• Auditing all rental agreements generated by company's stations and make sure all company's policies and procedures are applied.
• Generate and send out invoices for (local and international accounts) and make sure that all appropriate documents attached.
• Responsible for outbound accounts.
• Follow up on, collect and allocate payments.
• Responsible for Bookkeeping.
• Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
• Perform account reconciliations.
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records.
• Investigate and resolve customer queries.
• Process adjustments.
• Organizing a recovery system and initiate collection efforts.
• Assist with month-end closing.
• Reviewing all traffic fines of the company, send out invoices to the customers with all supporting documents and follow-up on collection.
