Role & involvements incorporates leading cross-functional teams at Dubai, Germany and Malaysia in order to realize the solution implementation to the largest airports in the Middle East region and achieve the business case for the security screening technology packages in a timely manner.  Develop project plans to ensure adherence to requirements and achieving timely objectives
 Coach project team towards achieving common project goals and objectives
 Manage various project stakeholders to ensure timely and appropriate communications management plan.
 Align project milestones to the business case, and ensure project team familiarization with objectives and deliverable
 Part of the Business Improvement committee to drive business processes mapping and improvement techniques.

Showcase Projects:
 Dubai International Airport (DXB, Terminal 3): Design, manufacturing, delivery, installation, commissioning, integration & ORAT of the security screening system in the Remote Coaching facility.
 Abu Dhabi International Airport, ADAC TBF-01 facility: HBS level 3 CT X-ray screening system upgrade; comprising replacement of existing CTX 9000 with a new CTX 9800 machine, installation, testing and integration with servers and BHS, Conducting Site Acceptance Test; as per agreed protocol.
 King Khalid International Airport: Terminal 2 Arrivals: Provision, installation, commissioning, Integration and testing of X-ray security screening system for HBS,
 King Khalid International Airport: Terminal 1 Arrivals: Provision, installation, commissioning, Integration and testing of X-ray security screening system for HBS,
 AMMROC, MRO Facility, Al-Ain: Delivery, Installation, testing and commissioning of X-ray & metal detectors security screening system.
 New Muscat International Airport, MC-06: Delivery, Installation, commissioning, integration and site acceptance testing for X-ray screening and Automatic Tray Return System integration

- Liaise with the client product owners to prioritize project objectives and milestones
- Conduct client requirements analysis and create user stories with satisfaction conditions
- Coach the project team to deliver project’s objectives at the agreed level of quality
- Own the project risk management, Identify project risks and prepare risk assessment and mitigation plans.
- Moderate release planning and sprints meetings and issue meetings reports
- Lead project team of professional UX / UI designers, front-end, back-end developers & QA team
- Manage SaaS, PaaS Cloud development & mobile applications development projects
- Responsible for delivering project requirements on schedule and within assigned budget.
- Define project scope, identify deliverables & participate in originating project management plan
- Use team collaboration and progress monitoring tools (Asana, Trello, Redmine, Jira, MS Project) to track the project progress.
- Develop project execution plan (in terms of scope, time, cost, quality & HSE)
- Converse and follow up with client, be a focal point between client, internal departments and subcontractors.
- Monitor & control the execution of project activities, ensuring that the company's policies and approved procedures are adhered.

- Lead multicultural teams of engineers and professionals into delivering project’s objectives at the agreed level of quality
- Organize & prepare all projects related paperwork, templates & reports (PTW, DPRs, weekly reports, defect reports & end of trip reports)
- Review the SOW and prepare alternative plans and management of change (MOC)
- Identify project risks and prepare risk assessment and mitigation management plan.

- Installation and Maintenance of robotic & electronic systems (ROV system)
-Support and maintenance of offshore survey electronic equipments (GPS, SONAR, Telemetry, Digital cameras & under water positioning systems)
- Robotic embedded systems troubleshooting & maintenance.

- C#.Net, VB.Net, VFP, VisualBasic6& Crystal reports.
- (Design & Implementation) for SQL server & Oracle.
- Computer Networks (sub-netting, planning and administration).
