- Improving QC department, by development inspection report, testing method, instruments and
making new jigs.
- Improving suppliers by teaching them the way of checking items and training QC inspectors.
- Reducing IQC defect rate.
- Reducing Field failure rate (FFR)
- Developing early life test department (ELT)
