* Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of all mechanical work within technical and
mechanical buildings by managing project schedules and budgets
* Plan and coordinate all on-site activities with other departments, contractors and consultants to
comply with project specifications and client requirements
* Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and standard procedures
* Perform quality control and assurance to guarantee consistently high quality of work
* Manage the installation of full chilled water system (chilled water pumps, heat exchangers, and
screw type air cooled chillers). For School 1 and School 2
* Perform pressure testing, chemical flushing for chilled water networks for the School 1
* Review and prepare technical and manufacturer shop drawings, engineering plans, specifications,
project schedules, designs and schematic diagrams
* Review Payment Certificates submitted by the subcontractors
* Prepare monthly engineering and procurement reports
* Contribute to Technical and Construction Meetings, prepare weekly reports and look ahead
schedules in coordination with planning department using Primavera
* Installation of DX System, VRV System, Recovery units, Fire Fighting Pump Room, and more than
10, 000 Ducted split unit

1. HVAC systems including boilers and chillers in addition to chilled and hot water networks, also, pumps, air-handling units and fan-coils.
2. Plumbing Systems, including Storm and Sewage networks.
3. Fire Fighting, including pumping station, fire hydrants and distribution network. Also I covered fire extinguishers and fire suppression systems(FM-200)
