▪ Follow up the implementation, maintenance, review and update of the management systems,
food safety and occupational health and safety applied in the company in accordance with the
requirements of the international standards ISO22000:2018 - BRCGS - IFS- FSSC 22000 -ISO
45001)
▪ Follow up the preparation and implementation of internal audit plans for management
systems, food safety and occupational health and safety (ISO22000:2018- BRCGS - IFS - FSSC
22000 -ISO 45001).
▪ Follow up on the preparation of internal audit reports, including the non-conformities that
raised during the audits, and follow up on the implementation of the required corrections and
corrective actions related to the non-conformities.
▪ Follow up on updating and amending all procedures, work instructions and forms for all the
management systems in accordance with the requirements of relevant international standards.
▪ Follow up on the issuance of new documents, procedures, instructions and updated forms for
the company departments, or any new or updated activities.
▪ Follow up on the issuance of technical documents for product formulas in cooperation with
the technical department in accordance with the company's management system and
distribute them to the relevant departments
▪ Review work procedures and instructions for food safety and occupational health and safety
management systems
▪ Perform quality analysis including tests and inspections of products and processes.
▪ Train the employees on the good practices (GMP- GHP - Cleaning and Sanitation….).
▪ collaborate with all 3rd party external auditors and inspectors and ensures that all operation
departments are well prepared for external conformance audits and inspections.
▪ Take samples representative the production to analysis microbiological (T.C - M&Y Coliform, ) and takes the corrective actions in presence of deviation.
▪ Take swabs from Machines and workers depend on plan to analysis microbiology (T.C - M&Y - Coliform - Staph. Aureus)
▪ Conduct microbiological analysis for Water.

▪Work to Provide Hygienic, good manufacturing practices and technical training to employees.
▪Follow up preparation process to sure that match the recipe by calculates the amount of each raw material.
▪Participate to put the recipe for each product and sure its meet the requirement of legal standard and customer requirements
▪Take sample from the batch to analysis it (Brix - Acidity - pH - Taste - Viscosity - Flavor to sure its meet the specification.
▪Sure the homogenizer process in the product homogenized .
▪Follow up temperature of filling and capping in the products (Jam - Juice - Tomato puree).
▪Sure form temperature of tunnel for products and follow up frequency.
▪Follow up for finished product and make release for it by take samples to analysis (Brix - pH - Acidity - Color, ….).
▪Responsible of receiving raw material according to specifications.
▪Follow up Processing of washing and sorting in tomatoes and fruits.
▪Follow up temperature of extracting process and sieving to sure no foreign matter in the product by take samples from juice tank to analysis.
▪Follow up evaporation unit to sure the Brix of concentrate meet the requirement.
▪Follow up pasteurization temperature and filling in aseptic bags.
