Perform accounting functions and execute cash management functions for retail center with annual sales of 18+ million SAR \{1.5+ million SAR monthly\} including A/P, A/R, GL maintenance, reconciliation, audit compliance, variance analysis, and financial reporting. Create financial statements and serve as primary liaison to internal and external auditors charged with ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
● Recording the purchase invoices on the ERP system after checking the invoices using three-way matching process.
● Review pricing of products offered for sale.
● Maintaining more than 200+ suppliers accounts and scheduling their payments.
● Reconciling accounts payables and ensuring adherence to contract and agreements terms.
● Partnered with sales representative and sales assistants to resolve pending issues.
● Reviewing the revenue received from points of sale with invoices issued from each point of sale.
● preparing payroll.
● Managing bank accounts & preparing Bank Reconciliation report.
● Managing Accounts receivables & checking their credit limits.
● Oversee the fixed asset system, including the maintenance of capital asset records, policies, disposals, and transfers, and the calculation of monthly depreciation values, adhering to capitalization and depreciation policies.
● Collaborate with the audit team to redesign and improve internal control processes.
● Support month-end close and year-end close process.
● Deliver accounting and financial reporting presentations, incorporating variance analysis with detailed explanations to senior management, audit committee, and the board of directors to support strategic planning and decision-making.
