Plan, organize and manage the handled projects and follow up with
the concerned departments to ensure the smooth of network
operations.
* Have meeting with customers to collect network requirements and
discuss network solutions .
* Design and implement new network, fix and redesign customers
networks.
* Implementing and configuring customers routing and switching
networks .
* Configuring all types of Cisco routers and switches. ( Cisco + Huawei
+ HP ) .
* Configuring Fortigate & ASA Firewalls .
* Configuring and implement internet, data and VOIP services for
corporate customers through different media connections (Fiber /
DSL / GPON / MicroWave/4G).
* Troubleshooting routing and switching issues (L3 and L2) for
corporate clients .

* Managing and Monitoring Fortigate Firewall.
* Repair and technical troubleshoot the equipments like hand held
Teminal (HHT), boarding pass and bagtag printers, document or
telex printers, scanners, kiosk machines, access points, hp printers.
* Doing preventive maintenance for all equipments periodically.
* Esclating and reporting the problems to the concern team and chasing
or following up the incident tickets till the problem solved.
