January 2015- until now, working in Alghanim Industries, one of the largest a multi-billion dollar conglomerate with more than 30 businesses, privately-owned companies in the Gulf region in outlook with operations in 40 countries and charged as Product Manager in Imaging section, as we are in the process of seeking agencies.
• July2011 ~ December 2014, working in YIACO, where it is one of leader companies in pharmacology and medical equipments in Kuwait. Until June 2012, I worked as sales engineer in Philips US business line in charge of achieving sales quota, participating in different events workshops, seminars and conferences. My duties extend in applications support, organizing demonstrations and refreshment training in order to reach customer satisfaction. Currently, acting as sales engineer in AGFA DR, Italray and Devicor products. Duties consist equally direct and indirect selling to Radiologists market segment.
• April 2009 ~ June 2011, working in "Nile Medical International", where it is the authorized agent for Philips in Ultrasound and Patient Monitoring, working as Sales Engineer and Application Specialist in ultrasound with responsibilities that include prospecting for new customers, making sales presentation and negotiation. Also it extend in illustrating and training doctors on the delivered ultrasound equipments to reach customer satisfaction and supporting the sales team in emphasizing on the product knowledge and also extends for double visits at client site.
Training attended on 3D/4D application at PHILIPS training center in Dubai.
• November 2006 ~ March 2009, working in SME Co - Scientific Medial Equipments Co- where it is the authorized agent for ESAOTE certain job as Technical Support in Ultrasound at with following responsibilities:
1. Training doctors on the delivered new Ultrasound machines in charge of explaining different applications that also extends for services after sale.
2. Demonstration on US machines with double sales visit.
3. Preparation and revision of offers.
4. Preparation for presentation in conferences.
5. Assure of product knowledge understanding for sales team
• February 2005 ~ October 2006, working in EBEC Co.-Egyptian Bio scientific Equipments Co.- where it's sole agent for Storz Medical specialized in noninvasive Lithotripter machines, FUJINON specialized in Flexible Endoscopes, CHOYANG specialized in Automatic Disinfection of Flexible Endoscopes machines and Ambu specialized in first aid and emergency training devices with charge with following responsibilities:
1. Maintenance of the noninvasive lithotripter machines.
2. Product support for all different agents.
3. Preparation and revision of offers.
