Sick Leaves Issuance and Monitoring to ensure the compliance with the Kuwaiti Labour Law, and Company Group’s Policies and Procedures, Handling the Residencies of the Company Group including Renewal, Transfer Cancelation, Visit visa and Commercial Visa, Attendance Monitoring of White and Blue Collars employees, which includes Employees’ Punctuality, Permissions Keeping, and Issuing Warning and Penalty Letters, , Passports’ Locker Responsibilityand Checking the Criminal Status of all Job Candidates, as well as their residency status, and work background with their previous employers
Supervising and leading the team work to finish our responsibility at the time with the minimum mistakes, Preparing and update the reports (daily, weekly, Monthly and annual reports, local transfer - residency renewal for employees and their family - issue the monthly salary certificate for the company files - open new government project file in ministry or social affair and close it.
