I. Supervise on all in/out transactions specially returns from sites
II. Create periodical cycle count report according to items movability or transaction
III. Monitor stock report in a daily basis to investigate variances if any
IV. Assure physical stock, in/out documents and systematic data on (Oracle) are matched, otherwise a crystal clear justification should be provided to direct manager
V. Create warehouses utilization report per CBM, pallet position and SQM and through it weekly to top managers.
VI. Attend periodical meetings to cooperate with other department to raise up workflow efficiency
VII. Support the IT department on (Oracle) maintenance or fixing problems
VIII. Monitor subcontractors performance according to (SLA) or (KPI)
IX. Apply penalties on subcontractors according to terms mentioned on contract
X. Analyze warehouse performance and internal warehousing procedures to rise up workflow efficiency, saving time, saving equipment etc..
XI. Coordinate with technical department to create forecasting plan
XII. Coordinate with financial department on quarterly and annual stocktaking.
XIII. Create reports of scrap & nonmoving (dead items) in preparation for sale or reuse it according to all departments decision
XIV. Train employees and new comers on new techniques or applications.
I. Follow up shipments at airports and seaports with shipping & clearance companies.
II. Receiving and making physical count for shipments.
III. Making reports of deficit and the increase according to supplier invoice.
IV. Making weekly report for shipments that arrived to store and was handed over.
V. Making monthly reports for damaged items.
VI. Follow up the daily business with staff.
VII. Re-export returns to suppliers to abroad after clear all the required documents (Invoice for custom &clearance, government agency approval, packing list& boxes with company labels).
VIII. Dealing with government agencies in the adoption of approvals to import shipment from abroad.
IX. Dealing with bank to issue form 4 and form 6 which needed for clearance issues.
X. Follow up with the suppliers to renew the expired contracts.
XI. Renew all the official documents which are expired (commercial record, Import license & cars licenses)
XII. Follow up and reply the Emails from suppliers and solve the problems.
XIII. Follow up attendance and leaving for employees of the company.
I. Receive and screen visitors and telephone calls, take messages, schedules appointments for management staff and provide information to caller.
II. Prepares and coordinate emails, faxes and distribution timely.
III. Establishes and maintains office files, logs, indexes, control records or other information concerning the work.
IV. Follow up attendance and leaving for employees of the company.
V. Making the initial job interview.

VII. Receiving the personal papers of staff and make a personal file for each employee.

X. Making daily reports of the sale for all branches.
