4. Redesign Infrastructure and data security according to the health care regulation and fix 60% of existing vulnerabilities.
5. Get ownership of main business application by decrypting database procedures and securing all business data through database tuning and creating backup policy per each database according to business requirements.
6. Change connectivity service provider by contracting Vodafone to provide the service to all 300 branches and group HQs.
7. Set operations rules and escalation policies for support department, which increases branches uptime, availability and customer serviceability. This directly increases ROI.
