o 12 Nos. of standard schools with occupancy of 750 student and 90 staff, (Bas. + Gr. + First Fl.), comprises of student Block, Assembly Hall, Auditorium, Canteen, Sport Hall and open sport pitches
o 2 Nos. of Science and Technology Schools with occupancy of 450 Student and 90 staff, (Bas. + Gr. + two Fl.), comprises of. of student Block (including various types of labs), Assembly Hall, Auditorium, Canteen, Sport Hall, short course swimming pool) and open sport pitches

Responsibilities of Resident Engineer & Project Manager:
- Supervise planning, coordination and execution of construction.
- Oversee working of all engineering personal and provide technical advice on construction and design changes.
- Review and approve contract various submissions.
- Evaluate and approve project schedule of work.
- Evaluate and certify Interim payments, variation orders, time extension.
- Conduct regular progress and technical meetings with contractor and client.

Partial Accomplished project as Site Architect, Resident Engineer & Project Manager.
- Nishan Tower (4 Bas. + Gr.+4Pod. + 23Typ. Fl.) with BUA.of 67, 875 m.sq. (Handled from foundation till Ground Floor).
- Site Architect on Prime Land Office Building (6 Bas. + GR. + Mezz. + 10 Fl.) (part time assignment)

- 8 Nos. of Schools (each with occupancy of 750 student and 90 staff) (Bas. + Gr. + First Fl.) - Upgrade Fire & Life Safety design for Al Khor Existing Schools (4 Nos) and medical center at Ras Gas residential compound/community - AL KHOR.
- Lusail Rail Tram project, where ACE scope was limited to: -
o 14 nos. of at Grade station, types A, B & C (Comprises of Basement Technical level and At Grade Platform with 2 waiting shelters, 2 canopies and 2 MEP enclosures)
o 1 Elevated interchange Station (Elevated Bridge Platform with 2 waiting shelters, 2 canopies, 2 MEP enclosures each attached to Technical Bld. And Office Bld.)
Where I carried the role of lead architect, coaching group of architects for the following: -
o Reviewing and commenting the Concept design inherited from Previous Consultant, against Qatari Civil defense and QCS requirements, as well, with regards to various building codes as project specification.
o Update the design to rectify the up mentioned findings.
o Coordination of disciplines with various involved consultants (i.e. Structure, MEP, Systems, )
o Generate fire safety design and reports, where value Engineering had been carried and alternative solution were provided accordingly.
o Generate construction drawings/documents
o Review and approve shop drawings.
o Review and approve raised DCR., FCR., RFI.

Responsibilities of Senior Architect & Projects Coordinator:
- Estimate projects working hours, needed man power and coaching architects through the whole design stage from concept till issuance of construction package.
- Technical Coordination with various disciplines (i.e. MEP, Structure, etc…) & (ID design and Operators requirement for Hotels and Malls)
- Maintain data flow and monitor project progress against time chart.
- Generate/review Life Safety Design.

Responsibilities: -
- Coordination of design progress and production through various disciplines.
- Providing team leadership in multi disciplines environment.
- Generate monthly progress report for review and approval, as to monitor progress and due cash flow (payments)
- Management of tender process, pre-qualification, selection of vendors and contractors
- Provide support to the construction management team during construction phase, with design related and prime contract issues related to Enabling work package / Phase.
