1. Maintain a high - Profile Zain Presence in the Market Place through the Creation of Win -Win Situations with Customers that turn a Sales Relationship into long - term Commercial Partnership.
2. Preparing & and deliver accurate sales Forecasts in Line with Business, Guide, and Inspire and manage the day to day Operations of the Sales Team and Updating the Management accordingly on a Weekly basis.

Manage and coordinate account services with various internal departments’ also ongoing account Management duties include: Preparing client invoices, business plans, reports, and client presentations. Regular meetings with clients and marketing departments. Coordination with marketing team on marketing plans.
7. Reponses able for my team since the first interview, product & services training. Evaluation, support in customer visit & make Business case, close the deals with them, use the official roles for punishment system (if needed) & finally I work with my team as one family.
Responsibilities:
- Develop forecasting for all teams members. - Ensures delivery of all financial targets including revenue growth. - Close monitoring to Sales force prospecting and pipelines. - Monitor weekly and monthly performance against quota. - Development of a stringent tracking and monitoring system. - Commit to smooth continuous flow of business. - Ensure 100% all team's quota achievement. - Provide field support on regular basis. - Monitor Sales Force no. & quality of Visits (voice/Data). - Ensure Capturing of all Solutions opportunities within territory. - Co-ordinate with other departments for special projects and process improvement. - Reporting all the above to Zain concern manager.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the full year business plan including: -Forecasting (lines, handsets, Vas and products) -Promotions & contests to ensure consistent delivery & growing sales trends. -Area & industry tactical programs to drive sales penetration level within assigned territories. • Act as the point of escalation for My Team to support them and administration staff for unresolved issues. • Monitoring & analyzing my Team KPI’s on a monthly & quarterly basis and taking corrective actions as required. • Follow up on the team annual plan, determine performance deviation, prepare corrective action items & report it to VF management.
Responsibilities:
•Evaluate customer preferences, pricing, product terms and conditions to ensure that client requirements are met; gather and analyze data regarding competitor pricing and products and ensure that Vodafone products and services fit customer requirements. •Assess customer and market trends and provide timely and accurate revenue forecasting.
