Responsible for assisting the assigned project manager with the execution of one or more simultaneous projects in accordance with a valid, executed contract, per company policies and procedures and work instructions for customized and standardized plants.
•Lead Project Teams and facilitate the communication and interaction amongst the functional representatives as delegated by the assigned project manager.
•Assist the assigned project manager in tracking the project against its schedule, budget and against phase review objectives.
•Assist the assigned project manager to develop and implement recovery plans for off-schedule and unanticipated eventualities.
•Prepare periodic management and/or customer reports and presentations as assigned by the project manager.
•Coordination of engineering and field project teams under the direction of the project manager and as assigned by the project manager.
•Coordinate efficiently with clients, main contractor and sub-contractors.
•Assist the project manager with the preparation and conduction of the Project Kick-Off Meeting.
•Prepare and conduct Project Meetings as assigned by the project manager.
•Review and verify project estimates monthly (project cost reports) as assigned by the project manager.
•Provide feedback regarding employee performance on a project team to the functional manager for documentation.
•Responsible for projects assigned to employee by Project Managers, Engineering Manager or Directors.
•Recommend new processes where needed for quality improvement, cost reduction and on-time delivery.
•Responsible for ensuring that the project is managed in a safe and professional manner and is under taken incompliance with all relevant Health and Safety legislation.
•Assist the Engineering Manager in the desktop and site based assessment of new development projects.
•Provide technical engineering assistance to the development team and other Wind Prospect business streams as demanded during the project inception and development.
•Assist in the design and placing of contracts with consultants for technical aspects of the projects.
•Under take the role and duties of the Planning supervisor/ project coordinator during the planning stage.
•Assist in the preparation and execution of tenders and specification for all contracts required for the construction of the project.

Worked in Khalifa Hospital Turn-Key project in Ajman as Project Engineer responsible for supplying the hospital with medical equipment and medical furniture as well as general furniture.
Then worked as Biomedical Service Engineer responsible for several medical equipment in Khalifa Hospital and several clinics in Ajman Medical Zone.
