Manage and maintain inventory control on ERP system, in & out transactions,
Make sure delivery & invoicing is done successfully with every little detail,
Release a very detailed weekly updated report to all sales for each project,
Administer a live report for top managers, with all details for each project,

Establish and maintain maximum and minimum consumables inventory levels,
Administer and maintain inventory control program systems,
Booking for deliveries by trucks with shipping companies and confirm all services andrequirements needed by our customers (Wholesale retailers),
checking all import documents & requirements and coordinate with the forwarder &broker until the containers arrive to our warehouse.

Provide the most suitable offers for import & export for shipping & clearing costs toour clients, in coordination with our freight forwarders partners, helping in packing, checking all documents & requirements for successful
delivery.

Mainly checking all shipping & clearance required docs, with freight forwarding companies
& customs brokers.

reviewing orders & confirming, calculation of packing details, make sure that these orders is not prohibited to be imported or need any previous approvals from customs.
