• Check projects statements submitted by main contractors for approval
• Check for approval shop drawings submitted by main contractors and compare with the approved tendor drawings

• Ensuring type and quality of materials and the installation of work are in accordance with vendor list, approved Materials list and the criteria identified for the project
• Ensuring that work is executed as contract drawings, specifications, agreed procedures and method of statement
• Make Sites investigations works for new projects suggested lands according to criterias
• Make a daily visit to sites, check daily activities and progress reported by contractors engineers
• Coordinate for all authority approvals
• Provide the maincontractors and subcontractors by technical issues, approved drawings to proceed activities
• Compare the project’s architectural and structural drawings to identify any gaps or conflicts
• Ensuring that the quality of work as per approved drawings, industry standards, specifications, building codes, and design instructions, and is completed on time
• Ensure works going within approved time schedules
• Support the construction teams with methodology and risk analysis
• Suggest process and technical design changes to improve performance and efficiency
• Liaise between project management, contractors, and site engineers to resolve problems and various construction difficulties
• Construction of 8 villas at yasmeen, Alzahya, Alzorah areas
• Coordinate with subcontractors for smooth flow of work
• Inspecting and testing materials prior to their use at site as per sample approved by the consultant and ensuring removal of rejected materials out from site
• Monitoring daily progress of site
• Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports to be submitted to the project director and consultants
• Making productive report and analyzing
• Preparing of BOM for civil works and BBS
for structural elements, comparing withBOQ

• Conversant with architect and structural drawings

• Direct supervised civil staff, transport, safety, planning, quality control, cost engineers, QA/QC engineer, MEP engineers, supervisors, foremans, charge hand 80 skilled and unskilled ...etc, and directed all daily activities related to offices on the sites
• Plan overall projects manpower
• Monitor the site engineers, all activities, follow their reports, arrange meetings to give them tasks as per project requirements, discuss and instruct their general necessities and requirements
• Undertaking the construction of 175 residential villas and 17 buildings at
Al rashidiya1, 2, 3 & Al Rawda 1, 2, 3 & Alhellio 1, 2& Alalia &Al raqaib 1, 2 & Al mowaihat & industrial jurf 1, 2, 3 & AlYasmin &Al bustan& Ajman industrial 1, 2 &Al nuaimiya 2& Al Manama- Ajman, containing all concrete & finishing works
• Supervising and inspecting for sites in coordination with other trades to ensure compliance with the approved specifications, drawings and quality safety requirements,
witnessing and approving testing activities, reviewing and approving technical submittals and structural &architectural
designs modifications, shagging and de-snagging sites works preparation of progress, reports and other technical
documentations
• Sites inspection for Civil construction works and ensure that the works as per the project specifications and issued for construction drawings, final approved drawings from
authorities
• Ensure that all works meets the stipulated quality standards
• Check drawings for conformity and accuracy
• Develop specifications control drawings
• Make a daily visit to sites, check daily activities and progress reported by contractors engineers, in quality
, quantity, discuss the difficulties to sites managers and proposed staff and instruct as per requirements
• Review execution plans for given project within given time
• Coordinate for all authority approvals
• Attend meetings with the clients and contractors engineers to resolve projects issues for clients satisfaction and to obtain their approval
• Implementation of governmental wastewater lifting stations and sewerage networks projects in Ras Al khaimah, Fujairah Emirates
• Inspect drainage sites and make necessary
investigations, monitoring daily progress at sites
• Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications and approved drawings
• Provide input and technical guidance CAD designers, drafters
• Provide preliminary and concept drainage designs, evaluate operations and processes
• Ensure works going within budget and time
schedules, calculate and planning for new
developments
• Identify and communicate design issues
• Ensure compliance to applied codes, accepted engineering practices
• Perform engineering analysis associated with stormwater infrastructure improvements and evaluation of existing conditions
• Preparing of technical documents and reports in support of drainage engineering and floodplain management as

• Supervising and follow - up the construction and maintenance for 21 roads in Helwan, Ain helwan, Almasarat, Helwan university, wadi Hof, Hadayek Helwan, Heliopolis and madinet nasr.
• Ensuring all works are completed to the required professional standards, within the agreed timeframes and within approved budget parameters limits
• Provide technical supervision of field inspection and testing staff at construction sites and in the office
• Ensuring all engineering designs are appropriate, specific to location and suitable for purpose
• Ensuring time reporting of projects within attention to costs, assigned budgets, known and emerging risks, safety performance
• Develop, plan, organize and Carry out pavement evaluations and investigations, and geotechnical investigations for
roads
• Preparing projects activities reports including data collection and analysis to be submitted to project manager
• Ensuring operational safety standards to assigned projects
• The summer training of the technological institute for construction engineering and management at the Arab Contractors Company for civil engineering department
