Reporting to the Senior Resident Engineer, responsible for all aspects checking the setting out of checking of all infrastructure activities and verification of the accuracy to defined tolerances of the constructed works. acquiring and storing all as-built data and updating the construction issue drawings

• Ensure the daily field survey checking of all infrastructure activities and acquiring and storing all as-built data.

• Preparing and maintaining sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys in order to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed

• Verifying the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted
• Directing or conducting surveys in order to establish legal boundaries for properties, based on legal deeds and titles
• Recording the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land features
• Calculating heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other characteristics of terrain
• Supervising the preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to surveys
• Ensuring joint survey measurement are agreed with the Contractor for interim payments
• Reporting where the as constructed works are out of tolerance immediately to the Senior Resident Engineer for escalation. The Contractor will be given a Non-Conformance Report (NCR) that the work must be remedied or removed, as appropriate
• Ensuring as-built surveys are completed and supervise the production of the as-built drawings

Duties & Responsibility

Preparation of technical and financial proposals documents for prospected projects opportunities.
Studying potential markets and the economical opportunities.
Holding meetings, consultancies, negotiations on behalf of the firm.
Entering into negotiations with clients during project assigning.
Establish a support group network with other local and/or international firms.

Conduct extensive market research, and gathering information for marketing needs.
Ensure compliance with the laws and regulations Complete the project within the budget specified by the client without compromising on quality
Responsible for the overall professional performance of the Department.
Promote and implement business partners agreements with :

Train the staff members on recent techniques in surveying
