validate forecast for all items (monthly & every quarter)
•Analyze sales trends and identify the key drivers of Mandatory products and other product groups sales.
•coordinate with warehouse team on daily basis to ensure and review the requested delivery for (Ordering, Spot Dispatch, promotions and events ) is done for the right store with a correct QTY.
•Cordinate with sales Team to solve any issue reflect on ordering and achieving the availability and sales rate
•Use data from IT systems to evaluate performance and quality as to Measure the improvements.
•Achieve consensus for operational demand forecasts by facilitating a collaborative planning process with sales, marketing and finance personnel:
•Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.
•Work with sales team on 80%-20% role and ABC classification to enhnce business capital through controlling company stock



•Demand Planning& Distribution manager at Kazyon Supermarkets and responsible for 414 store from 8-2016 till 12-2018

Duties & Responsibilities:
•Maintain stores items availability from Active list all the time
•validate forecast for all items (monthly, New Items, Promotions and events )
•Develop demand forecasts (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning function. To improve forecast accuracy
•Analyze sales trends and identify the key drivers of Mandatory products and other product groups sales.
•Generate the daily orders ( manually ) by Identifying the Minimum and Maximum target per store on item level.
•A member of MRP project creation team
•Items Dispatch from ( Promotions, Events, New Items ) to stores
•coordinate with warehouse team on daily basis to ensure and review the requested delivery for (Ordering, Spot Dispatch, promotions and events ) is done for the right store with a correct QTY.
•Cordinate with sales Team to solve any issue reflect on ordering and achieving the availability and sales rate
•issue OSA report (on Shelf Availability) on daily basis to capture the stores status .
•weekly Visit to stores and Daily to warehouses to check and ensure the availiblity of items
•Use data from IT systems to evaluate performance and quality as to Measure the improvements.
•DOSI Manager (IT + Business cycle Manager) in Carrefour Hypermarket Tanta and make opening for the mentioned store at 2015
