Working as a team leader for an onsite support and service improvement team for a large program in Abu Dhabi government.
Supporting current business and system processes and planning for new implementations to align with business requirements.
Implemented more than 25 operating units and more than 7 business groups, my team is building a comprehensive integration between Oracle core HR, Self-Service, Payrol, Taleo, PMS and third party applications to serve as a single information repository for our clients.
I have been working with Oracle E-Business Suite as TechnoFunctional consultant since 2010 and as software developer for four years before starting with Oracle E-Business Suite, worked in implementations for :
* Abu-Dhabi Judiciary Department (ADJD)
* Zayed Charity Foundation (ZCF)
* Telecommunication Regularity Authority (TRA)
* Tourism Development and Investment Company (TDIC)
* Urban Planning Council (UPC)
My primary role is to implement HCM modules (HR, Self-Service HR, Payroll, Performance Management, iRecruitment, Learning Management, Succession Planning, Approval Management Engine) and also i support users post implementation and give training sessions for application users.
Previous are considered as functional Oracle ERP solutions experience, also I have an excellent technical experience in the field of Oracle contains building workflows, reports development (Bi Publisher, Oracle Reports, Oracle Application Framework (OAF)), scripting APIs "Normal APIs and API User Hooks"and integrating with 3rd party and legacy systems and also data migration of old systems.
I have experience in OAF developing to support Oracle advanced modules like PMS, LMS and HRMS, besides developing generic self service pages to fulfill business users' requirements.
Before the experience of Oracle E-Business Suite i used to build custom systems starts from analysis, design, develop and train end users of how to use the system. My developing experience was in the field or Oracle developing "using Oracle Forms and Reports" and using Php with Zend framework.
Analysis, design and develop multiple modules using PHP with Oracle and MySql databases, forms and reports for scholarships and project management systems fit with their requirements.
Give support for Zayed Charity Foundation (ZCF) and many training sessions for these custom modules.
Develop fully integration with Oracle financial system to pay for the requester people and monitor these transaction though reports and screens.
Worked as Oracle 10g developer in Hail E-Governorate projects in KSA.
Designed systems as per business requirements for the governorate and the rules of KSA, helped the employees to easily work on the systems and give them training and support.
Works as Sql Developer and Oracle Developer to develop and design projects inside and outside Egypt as Hail governorate in (KSA)
Studied in faculty of Information Systems and Computer Science which is related to my work field and i had my first experience in IT field in the university period. Faculty period helped my to have a solid background in Database field and in Programming field which still improving until now.
