1-Ensure performance of the work in strict accordance with the drawings &
specifications. Coordinate with Contractor; supervise the works on daily basis & to
Check proper execution of the project as per tender documents. Coordinate with
MEP Team and arrange for sampling and testing of satisfactorily completed work
bearing in mind Quality assurance tests such as approval of materials, maintain
records of completed works for Interim, Penultimate and final payments etc.

2-Monitoring the progress reports in conjunction to the work program and
assessing claims and variations raised by the contractor or any of its relevant party
.
3-Updating the in-house design division with the project status and corresponding
to the site revisions required from the Client/Contractor and completing tasks given
by the head office for any commercial claims which adds to the contract value as
an addendum.

1stFinishing three Residential Building each consists of
Ground &5 typical floors at Hai (Al-Sharafyah, Bni Malek, and Al-Rabwa).
2nd Excavation and Construct four villas each consist of ground & 3 typical floors
