As a Project manager my responsibility was to oversee the planning, construction, execution, monitor and control all processes and closing of the Restaurants and Retail projects (6 Restaurants and 4 Retail Shops). Reporting to the GM, I was directly involved in all the decision and processes that were necessary to make the opening deadlines reachable. Also to analyze leasing agreements and implement the deeds of variations to the existing agreements. I was directly involved in the design and construction stages of the projects with good experience in all the authorities requirements and regulations in the UAE such as Civil defense, Municipality and Economical department in addition to a good understanding to the malls regulations .
- Supervising of all civil works in site( finishing and delivery of 22 Luxury villas in Jumeirah Park) .
- Making Site Daily Report including (Manpower list, Equipment list, Materials Orders, Materials Delivery Report and Work Activities List)
- Revising all Structural and Architectural drawings of the project.
- Attending Coordination Meetings with Consultant/Main Contractor & Clients such as Nakheel.
- To manage, direct and co-ordinate allocated site activities in compliance with related specifications and standards.
- Ensure that resources usages are optimized to achieve or exceed understanding of contract requirements.
- Coordinate and support the execution teams to ensure that all necessary activities are reviewed and implemented.
- Plan and schedule the required resources for the project and ensure availability on time.
Hotel construction in Bur Dubai - and constrcuction of 3 residential buildings in Sillicon Oaisis
-Support the civil & structures team in coordination with the Engineer, Contractor, contracts and legal departments in conjunction with the construction PM team.
-Review civil works design and make reports.
-Provide related progress status and issues and prepare reports to concern superiors.
-Review and coordinate of the engineering calculations review/ submissions/comments.
-Supervising all Structural activities in addition to all Subcontractor Finishing Activities for Interior Finishing works.
- Co-ordination between all the sub-contractors on site for infrastructure, MEP, Façade and interior finishing.
-Hand over all the site activities and Reviewing for all the final documentation.
-Ensuring that all activities under my direction are performed in accordance with the contract, the quality system and safety requirements.
-Organizing the work under my responsibility by economic employment of manpower, plant and equipment material.
-Providing adequate supervision of works.
-Review of Shop Drawings and the as-built drawings.
-Review Method Statements, Work Instructions.
-Coordinating site activities with other departments such as Engineering, Plant & Equipment, Procurement, Safety, Quality Control, Contract Administration, Cost Control… etc.
-Follow up progress of works and initiate corrective measures in due times.
-Organizing and chairing site meetings with subcontractors and partners.
-Supervising all Structural/Architectural and finishes activities for 6 villas .
-Providing adequate supervision of works.

-Preparing and presenting monthly equipments reports and weekly progress reports.
-Checking all the materials and follow up with the required tests.

-Checking reviewing and inspection of the works and materials with respect to Specifications, latest approved drawings and approved relevant documents. Ensuring that the latest approved documents and drawings are being used at the work place in site
